In order to warm up for upcoming Amår Work Fair we are starting in February with an evening that is called För-Amår 2020! This evening will offer interesting and inspiring lectures, mingling, food and CV photography. The 5th of February the project group of 2020 is inviting you to För-Amår. During the evening you will be offered lighter food and a traditional fika. As if that were not enough goodiebags will be handed out to the 50 first boys and 50 first girls.

Per Holknekt - if can, you can, anyone can.

Per Holknekt is one of Sweden's top rated and most popular speakers, nominated “Speaker of the year 2017”. The stories and teachings from his rollercoaster life and experiences are very compelling. It is his huge variety archive of experiences that make him unique. Per is a very well-known Swedish entrepreneur and the founder of several companies. Up until today he has started 34 companies / brands. The most successful of which is the clothing company Odd Molly that he founded together with Karin Jimfelt-Ghatan. They became "Founders of the Year" in 2010 at Sweden's annual entrepreneurial gala Entreprenörsgalan. 


Five years before Per and Karin started Odd Molly (today listed on Nasdaq), Per was homeless. Major parts of the stories are born in southern California, where Per lived and worked as a skateboard proffesional for many years. 


As a speaker Per is fun, motivational and moving. With over 1000 + speeches in Scandinavia Per is now moving international. During his career as a speaker he has been working with different universities, major banks and companies, like IKEA, and PwC. A wide range in different industries.


Mats Ekenstam - A leader that wants to perform together with others. 


Mats has recruited to hundreds of different positions and has been a leader for over 20 years with up to 500 employees. Mats is offering a lecture that brings up many interesting questions. What is key to successful employees and companies? Who should be hired and why? What do the companies think? How should you act as a candidate? Who has the power? 


Mats is originally a behavioural scientist that has worked as a leader for smaller local companies as well as larger global companies. Furthermore, he has worked within branches such as recruiting, IT, safety, PR, production, insurance and design. He has also been in different positions like boss for recruiting and regions and also CEO which are experiences that he brings with him. Mats has also been appointed as the leader of the year and also published in “Dagens Industri” connected to leadership. In the position as a leader and CEO he has bought, led and developed companies in different directions. Mats is also the football player that have visited Mount Everest as well as the bottom of several oceans. He is very passionate to share his perception through different platforms, such as LinkedIn or in the personal meeting. “It is not the big ones that is eating the small ones, rather the fast ones that eats the slow ones”.
